Before you find someone who will truly love you, you need to learn to love and value yourself first. By knowing your own worth, you’ll be able to see the value of everybody else.
Yet, don’t forget that your worth doesn’t depend on whether you’re in a relationship or not. You are who you are and you should accept and value yourself just the way you are. Being in a relationship with someone doesn’t determine or increase your value.
Yet, there are many out there who decide to begin a relationship with someone because they’re afraid they’ll never find the love of their lives and will end up alone. In addition, some of them choose to be in a relationship, no matter if it’s good or bad, so as to increase their self- esteem. If they stay single, they’ll take this as a sign that they aren’t pretty or smart enough.
So, no matter what your opinion on relationships is, you should know that being single isn’t a bad thing. It doesn’t mean that you feel lonely, depressed or unworthy.
When you’re single, you enjoy your life the best possible way you can.
When you’re single, you’re able to find time which you can spend alone and put your thoughts together.
When you’re single, you explore your feelings, opinions, ideas, and experiences deeply.
When you’re single, you’re looking for ways to improve yourself, become more successful and happy.
When you’re single, you can devote your time and energy to the people you love the most, such as your family and friends.
When you’re single, you learn how to carefully choose the people who deserve your attention, respect and love.
Don’t let yourself miss all this by jumping into a relationship just not to remain single.
Instead of this, stay single until…
Stay single until you find the person who will make your eyes glow with excitement and love. That person will make your heart beat fast and your body tremble like an autumn leaf.
Stay single until you find the person who will love and respect you for who you really are, without trying to change not even a single piece of you. That person will accept your merits and faults and care about your emotions, opinions, and problems. This person will make sure you have everything you want and need, and won’t do anything that could hurt your feelings.
Remain single until you meet the person who will be always there for you. That person won’t leave you alone to deal with your own problems. Your partner will be your crying shoulder and make sure to encourage and give you support. That person will be the one who will put all his problems away so that he can devote time to yours.
Stay single until you meet the person who will like spending time with you more than with anybody else. That person will rather enjoy your company than hanging around with their friends. That person will be willing to postpone their responsibilities and make you their number one priority.
Stay single until you find the person who will feel proud of you. That person will enjoy showing you and talking about you and your achievements to his friends, family members, and the whole world.
Remain single until you find the person who will make you forget about all your problems and insecurities.
Stay single until you find the person who will strongly miss you when you aren’t around them. That person will find a way to see you or at least hear your voice on the phone just to make sure you are all right.
Stay single until you meet the person who gives a damn about you!
“Stay single until someone actually compliments your life in a way that it makes it better to not be single. If not, it’s not worth it.” – Anonymous
